Casa con Piscina y Bohio / House With Swimming Pool And Bohio
Esta es nuestra casa de vacaciones, con piscina para niños y adultos, gran bohío, excelente para relajarse, estar en la piscina, hacer BBQ con carbón. O simplemente disfrutar de la naturaleza ya que cuenta con un área de terreno de 2,000 m2. completamente cercada. Se alquila para uso familiar.
Cuenta con cocina equipada, sala comedor, dos recámaras, la principal con baño adentro, la casa cuenta con tv y cable, wifi y Aire acondicionado.
Cámaras de seguridad. Tiene pozo de agua. Un baño en el área de la sala y un baño en él área de la piscina. Terraza techada con vista a la piscina.
Tomar en cuenta que no hay lavadora pero hay servicio de lavado de ropa, el cual puede ser contratado.
No hay calentador de agua sin embargo la temperatura del agua es perfecta dada las condiciones climáticas.
La casa tiene 2 recamaras que entre las dos cuentan con una capacidad 8 personas, en una recámara con aire acondicionado tenemos una cama camarote doble abajo, dos cama doble. En la otra recámara con aire acondicionado tenemos un camarote y una cama individual.
Cada Persona adicional a las 10 se cobra US$ 25 por día por persona.
No se alquila para fiestas o eventos.

Se le suma a la tarifa un depósito de garantía por US$ 200 que será devuelto a la persona que alquile y después que se verifique que todo fue recibido en las mismas condiciones que se le fue entregado el inmueble.
El 31 de Diciembre no está disponible ya que está alquilado.

This is our vacation house, with a swimming pool for children and adults, big bohio, excellent to relax, to be inside the pool, and make a great charcoal BBQ. Or just enjoy nature since the property has 21,520 square feet of land completely fenced. The property is for rent for family purposes.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms (the bigger one has a bathroom inside the room), 2 TVs, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and A/A. The property has surveillance cameras, a water well, a bathroom in the living room and another bathroom by the pool. It has a terrace with a view to the pool. You should be advised that there is not a washing machine but a service for clothes cleaning is available. There is no hot water; however, the water temperature is perfect for the weather conditions in the area. The house has 2 bedrooms with a combined capacity for 8 persons, both rooms have A/A. Each additional person (beyond 10 persons) will be charged US$ 25 per day per person. The house is not for rent for parties or celebrations. The following are the rates for a maximum of 10 persons:
